Will my customers know it's not a person?

If they ask, it says honestly that it's the office assistant taking calls while the team is on jobs. It never pretends to be you.

Do I keep my number?

Yes. Your phone simply forwards the calls you don't answer. Switch it off any time.

What if it's a sales call?

It takes a name and number, says it'll pass it on, and politely ends the call. No job summary for you to wade through.

What about gas leaks?

It tells them to get out, not to touch switches, and to ring the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 straight away.

Where does my data go?

Call details are only used to send you the job. Never sold. Ask and we delete it.

What if I want to stop?

Turn off call forwarding on your phone and tell us on WhatsApp. No contract, no notice period.
